Dear Coach:

The 1^st annual Exeter Monarch Relays will be held on Friday March 24^th, 20006 at ExeterUnion High School in Exeter.
The meet will have Division I and II boys varsity and girls varsity with 2 heats each(in most events).
Please consider the following information:

Division II Championships will be held HERE on May 10^th!

Division I schools in their own division.

Division II schools in their own division

Split Division give more Opportunities for your athletes to run

Discus in Stadium for viewing

Automatic Timing

Divisions:

Division I: BV, GV

Division II: BV, GV

FACILITY: ● Newer metric 9-lane all-weather track ● All-weather Long, Triple, and High jump area
● Ample warm-up area adjacent to track ● Complete snack bar facility

RUNNING EVENTS (All Divisions): (Start Time: 3:30 PM Tentative)
100m ● 200m ● 400m ● 800m ● 1600m ● 3200m ● Both relays ● 100/110 Hurdles ● 300m Hurdles

FIELD EVENTS (All Divisions): (Start Time 3:30 PM Tentative with Heats No Finals)

● Long Jump ● Triple Jump ● High Jump ● Shot Put ● Discus ● Pole Vault

AWARDS: ● Events—Medals to Fourth Place ● Team—Championship plaque in each division
● Runner-up plaque in each division ● Boys / Girls Sweepstakes plaque in each division

ENTRY FEES: ● $6.00 per entry ● $10.00 for each relay ● $180.00 Max per team with a deadline for Entries Wednesday, March 16^th .
Entries will be finalized by Friday March 18th and faxed to each school with qualifying entries.
